Vacation in Costa Rica (VCR) is a boutique property management company located in Tamarindo. Our primary mission is to partner with a select group of property owners who are looking to maximize the earning potential of their rental properties.
VCR’s philosophy is simple, we understand that success relies solely on the level of service and overall experience we provide to our clients. By maintaining a small but diverse collection of Langosta & Tamarindo, Costa Rica vacation rentals, we are able to provide that essential personal touch for each of our guests.
This all begins before the clients arrive by making sure transportation, directions to each property are arranged, and any advance tours are set up. In addition, we frequently assist with other specialty services, such as private chefs, birthday cakes, or staff to host an event.
For our property owner clients, our goal is to maintain a distinctly varied collection of Langosta and Tamarindo, Costa Rica rental properties that appeal to the many different needs of our vacationers and most importantly, do not compete with one another.
VCR is owned and managed by Jason Clements who has a combined 10+ years in the real estate and property management industries. Jason formed Vacation in Costa Rica in 2016 with one goal in mind; to provide both vacationers and property owners with the highest level of personalized service in the Tamarindo area.
